No Drop, No Bruise
Drops are the biggest cause of bruise. That's why our boom is designed without a drop. The only drop on the piler is when potatoes are transferred from the elevator to the boom. This drop is only inches to minimize damage. The short drop is possible because of the flightless elevator chain and other design features.

Truly High Capacity
The 9200 is truly a high capacity piler, capable of moving three to four tons per minute. The thirty inch wide elevator and boom are extra deep to carry the capacity without overspeeding. Moving that many potatoes takes power and the Lockwood piler has plenty. Twelve and a half horsepower is devoted to running the conveyors.

Easy to Manoeuver,
Quick  to Transport
Whether moving a few feet or several miles, you won't waste time or effort. Hydraulic outrigger moves up and out of the way quickly. Wheel drives have two speeds and simply unpin for towing. The tongue slides in and out. The result is more time piling and less time moving.
